Serafima Liberman – Soprano

Serafima Lieberman was born in Moscow. From an early age she was studied in theater school. In 2017, after graduating from high school, Serafima entered the Institute of Theatre and Vocal Art (GITIS), where her maestro and stage director was Georgy Isaakyan - artistic director of the Natalia Sats Theatre. The first teacher of Serafima was Tamara Sinyavskaya. At the university she received a scholarship from the Honored Artist of Russia Lev Leshchenko for excellent grades and exemplary performances. Then after graduation in 2021, she entered the conservatory in Paris - École Normale de Musique de Paris Alfred Cortot. Where she studied with Olga Toporkova and Vladimir Chernov.

In 2022 she entered the academy in Israel - Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance.. Her teachers were Efrat Ben Nun and Sofia Mazar. Since 2022 he has been working as a soloist at Jerusalem Lyric Opera Studio. In 2023 she took the second place at the International Vocal Competition in Jerusalem. On the operatic stage, Serafima’s roles have included: Despina and Fiordiligi (Cosi Fan Tutte, Mozart); Helene (Midsummer Night’s Dream, Britten); Rosalinda (Die Fledermaus, Strauss); Giulietta (I Capuletti e I Montecchi, Bellini); Musetta (La Boheme, Puccini); Alcina (Alcina, Handel).
