An immense composer, often considered the heir to Charles Gounod, Jules Massenet influenced many composers such as Debussy and Puccini. On the program for this musical rendezvous in the lobby of the Massy opera house, excerpts from his masterpieces such as Werther, Manon and Thaïs will be performed by the young talents of the 6th Generation of the Atelier Lyrique Opera Fuoco. No doubt a few rarer arias from Sapho or Hérodiade will slip into this fine tribute.
